Shipping & Returns



We dispatch orders within 48 hours (if placed before 10am each weekday and excluding the Christmas/New Year period). We use Australia post sachets which take approximately one to three days to deliver to Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane (a little longer to South Australia and Western Australia).We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by Australia Post. 


Do we ship internationally?

No unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.


Lost, damaged or stolen items

The Skin Suite is not responsible for any loss or damage once a package has been collected by Australia Post. We choose Australia Post as our common carrier because of their highly regarded reputation.  Of course we do want our customers to be happy so if you think your package has been delayed or lost by Australia Post, please let us know so that we can follow this up for you.



Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns or exchange of goods where products are faulty or defective.

If there is a problem, please contact The Skin Suite within 48 hours of receipt of the product to advise us of the problem. We can then make arrangements for either exchange or refund, at our discretion.

In cases where return of a product has been authorised with us, the product must be returned within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging, together with your order number for reference purposes.
